Minnesota IT Services on behalf of Department of Corrections (DOC) intend to purchase SkillSurvey Post-Hire through iCIMS, Inc. and will co-term with their current SkillSurvey Pre-Hire cloud-based application. The previously purchased SkillSurvey Pre-Hire allows for quick access to online reference checking, sourcing and credentialing. The purchase and use of Post-Hire through iCIMS, Inc. will centralize the hiring application to a single product line, provide immediate useful insight and simplify the hiring process for DOC’s Office of Human Resources. The State believes the purchase of SkillSurvey Post-Hire through iCIMS, Inc. will provide the necessary support and maintenance for continued, uninterrupted services of both Pre-Hire and Post-Hire applications.
