This project is for the mowing and lawn maintenance of approximately 403 vacant Lots for the City of Albany at a rate of specification notated within the bid documents. The proposed mowing schedule calls for: bi-monthly mowing during the growing season (April through September); one (1) cut in October, one (1) cut in November; and five (5) possible "on-call" cuts during the remainder of the contract (December -March). In the event of drought or significantly low rainfall, mowing frequency on all or any portion of the lots may be temporarily adjusted to a monthly cycle at the discretion of the Project Manager(s) or designated representative. Contractor is also required to clean-up trash, debris, leaves, limbs, etc. once per month during the off-season. All work is to be performed in accordance with specifications, bid documents and contract documents.
