Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Templates built for each meter to run validations either daily or a specific time range. The criteria for validations: o Power Outages, gaps, nulls, duplicates, time jitter, meter time sync (timing issues). o Templates built for groups of certain meters. • Run validations every morning before the start of each day. o Every morning list of meters showing last date/time the meter has uploaded data. o Source Activity report with option to sort by date/time or by meter Id number. o Every morning list of failed validations per meter id number or template name due to Power Outages, gaps, nulls, duplicates, time jitter, meter time syncs. • Need the ability to edit data per meter which includes the following measurements for a certain time range: and all together at the same time if needed. o KWH-DEL, KWH DEL INTERVAL, KVAR DEL, KVAR DEL INTERVAL o KWH-REC, KWH REC INTERVAL, KVAR REC, KVAR REC INTERVAL • Verify the o A -PHASE VOLTS, B-PHASE VOLTS, C-PHASE VOLTS. o A-PHASE AMPS, B-PHASE AMPS, C-PHASE AMPS. • Data values are edited using various options: o Linear interpolation, copying data values, inserting data values, overriding power outages, across all measurements if needed. o Need the ability to extract the data into excel. • Run the validation process after edits have been made. o Validation should show as passed or failed. • All edits are submitted to the Energy Accounting Department. o Energy Accounting then checks out with the other utility companies. • There are certain meters that if an outage was present, it would affect multiple meters in that group. o In turn metering would have to be edit as individual meters. • The need to change customer name on the fly (same location). The data cannot be overridden when the change is made but start new data logs.
