Specifications include, but are not limited to: 5.1 SPECIFICATIONS FOR LABOR • Scale walls in every applicable room and ceiling where required (approximately 15400 sqft.). • Prep applicable rooms for painting. • Apply paint and primer to these areas with 2 applications. • Removal of all debris generated during the repair off site. • Additionally inspect the location for any hidden damages or required repairs that are in addition to the approved work on the PO that is issued. • Approximately 50 gallons of ProMar 200 Zero V.O.C interior latex paint or substantially equivalent. (Eggshell) (B20-series) • Approximately 30 Gallons of Quick Dry interior-exterior stain blocking primer. (B51W18670 White) 5.2 SPECIFICATIONS FOR MATERIAL • Approximately 50 gallons of ProMar 200 Zero V.O.C interior latex paint or substantially equivalent (Eggshell) (B20-series) • Approximately 30 Gallons of Quick Dry interior-exterior stain blocking primer (B51W18670 White) 5.3 GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS • Contractor will provide startup of system, instruction to unit personnel on proper operation and provide all manuals and documentation. • Contractor to complete repair within 30 days of P.O. being issued unless arrangements are made between the vendor and this office. • Contractor will provide one year warranty on all workmanship and standard warranty on material as per manufacture specification. • Job site to be kept clean and safe during process and inspected by unit personnel upon completion of work.
