Specifications include, but are not limited to: The services provided by the project management team shall include but shall not be limited to the following: • Acts as the project lead that gives direction to the district reconfiguration committee and all sub-committees. The successful management team will work collaboratively with the district architect to evaluate space, enrollments, and programs at each grade level school. • Assist in developing school boundary lines based on building capacity and student population numbers. • Assist in developing operational hours that maintain the district’s current transportation efficiency rating. • Development of the implementation plan, along with timelines. • Successful communication with all parties to ensure the implementation plan is complete. • Conduct meetings with various stakeholders (including but not limited to Reconfiguration team members, District staff members, Board members, and community members) and support the appropriate branding of the grade level schools. • Assessment of Classroom needs. • Support the District through the critical planning stage. • Full implementation date estimated at September 2025.
