Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Update the 2013 Comprehensive Plan Update content to reflect changes that have occurred in the past 10 years. B. Collect demographic and economic data to gain insight about the population and market trends and how Bridgeton compares to surrounding communities and the region. Examples of data include: population characteristics, labor characteristics, economic and employment conditions, infrastructure, land use, zoning, housing data, education, recreational opportunities, etc. C. Create a plan that is user-friendly with clearly articulated goals and objectives with an organized document; Create a plan that is useful and accessible for the community in a concise, yet cohesive document. D. Include implementation recommendations with prioritized action items. E. Incorporate community input to determine plan priorities.
