● Furnish all labor and materials necessary to complete the interior painting improvements. ● Use only Sherwin Williams paint, PM200 SG Extra – SW7566 Westhighland White, to paint all surfaces. ● Paint over all murals. ● Paint all painted doors and trim. Wood doors without any existing paint will need to be lightly sanded with 2 coats of polyurethane applied. ● Remove all cove bases and reinstall. ● Warranty labor and workmanship. A copy of the warranty should be provided as a part of the bid package. ● Clean up and properly dispose of all debris during and after completion of the job. Debris and trash shall not be allowed to collect overnight on the site. The contractor shall remove all debris and trash from the school as it accumulates to maintain a clean appearance at all times. DEBRIS MAY NOT BE EMPTIED INTO DUMPSTERS ALREADY ON SITE AND SERVICED ON BEHALF OF ECPPS. ● There shall be no tobacco products inside or outside of the buildings, since all ECPPS buildings and properties are tobacco-free. ● There shall be no alcoholic beverages, drugs or firearms on any ECPPS property. ● The Contractor shall work with ECPPS on the project’s work schedule. The Contract Administrator for this project is the Director of Maintenance or his/her designee.
