Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Demolition of all structures on the property known as 619 Grady Street, Blackshear, GA 31516. 2. Removal of brick slab and footings under all structures on site. 3. Filling of any significant holes in the ground surface to maintain a level and raked clean site after completion. 4. Must be able to show tickets from proper disposal of materials. 5. Must maintain BMP for land disturbance. (i.e., keep dirt and debris off roadway.) 6. Responsible for approval for any road closure needed during demolition. 7. Responsible bid price shall include all demolition, disposal, and hauling from site. 8. Pierce County is not responsible for any liability to include but not limited to debris falling off in roadway during transport.
