Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Food Service Management Company ("FSMC") shall operate in conformance with the School Food Authority's ("SFA") Agreement with the USDA, and the Mississippi Department of Education. The FSMC, as an agent of the SFA, shall have the exclusive right to operate the National School Lunch Program ("NSLP"), and/or School Breakfast Program ("SBP"), and/or Special Milk Program ("SMP") and/or the Summer Food Service Program ("SFSP") at the site(s) specified by the SFA. The FSMC shall be an agent of the SFA and not an employee of the SFA. The employees of the FSMC are not employees of the SFA. The food service provided shall be operated and maintained as a benefit to the SFA students, faculty and staff.
