Specifications include, but are not limited to: The intent of this project is to remove debris from the stream channel, banks, and general vicinity of the stream. This may include removal of vegetative debris such as trees, stumps, brush, felling of damaged trees, and man-made debris, but specifically excludes removal of soil, cobble, boulders, etc. The extent of the project is depicted on the plans, with reference to DSR numbers, or StRAP designations that correlate to specific portions of the stream. Debris removal shall be performed along the entire length of each DSR/StRAP designation listed on the plans, less the areas noted where removal is already complete. Start and Stop coordinates are provided on the plans for reference purposes only. Refer to the Engineer or a representative from Haywood County as needed for guidance regarding the debris removal area extents. Proposed access routes to identified areas of concentrated debris are noted on the plans. However, Contractors are responsible for verifying access and/or coordinating access with landowners and determining access to any debris not depicted on the plans. The status of Right-of-Entry Agreements is depicted and current as of the date shown on the plans.
