Specifications include, but are not limited to: The College of the Mainland (hereinafter known as Owner or College) is seeking statements of qualifications from qualified Engineering Professional Service providers to provide MEP Commissioning Services as described herein. The Owner is utilizing the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) method of procurement in accordance with Tex. Gov’t Code § 2269.058 and the Professional Services Procurement Act, Chapter 2254 of the Tex. Gov’t Code, specifically Section 2254.004. B. The selected Respondents will be placed in a pool of qualified consultants. Work will be assigned on an as-needed basis. C. In general, the Owner considers the relevant Professional Services to consist of MEP Commissioning Services, to include (but not limited to) performing the following tasks: 1. MEP Commissioning: a) Commissioning of all building MEP Systems, which may include (but not limited to): (1) Mechanical HVAC systems (2) Interior and exterior electrical lighting controls systems (3) Plumbing domestic water heating systems (4) Building Automation Control Systems (BAS) (5) Integrated audio-visual equipment (6) Interactive white boards (7) Theater sound and lighting systems (8) Classroom presentation systems, speakers, displays, docking/computer interface (9) Conference, lecture and meeting room equipment (10) Building security camera systems (11) Building alarm systems b) Develop Commissioning Specifications c) Chair Commissioning Kick-off meeting d) Develop functional test procedures and perform functional testing for commissioned systems
