Specifications include, but are not limited to: Licensed Pharmacy will provide all pharmaceuticals for Eddy County Detention Center Detainees, seven (7) days a week for the life of this agreement. Pharmacy will: • Provide pharmaceuticals, as needed and in emergency cases, and will be available/reachable after hours and during non-work hours (on-call available); this will include availability for answering questions Agency medical personnel have during working and non-working hours. • Work in coordination with contracted Agency Medical Director, the Medical Department and Administrative staff. • Provide detailed detainee monthly billing to include, but not be limited to, medication names and dosages for all detainees with prescribed medications. • Complete quarterly inspections per state board of pharmacy regulations and standards for the Agency. • Deliver all medications to Agency five (5) days a week (M-F) and as needed in emergency situations or for abrupt medication changes.
