Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1) Secure Permits 2) Remove (2) existing diesel tanks, (I) 1,000 gal. and (1) 2,000 gal. 3) All environmental soil sampling to be included 4) An 8,000-gallon double-wall fiberglass reinforced plastic tank, freight included, complete with pullthrough string, fiberglass manway with with steel cover, couplings, containment collar, sump with watertight lid, hold-down straps and deadman anchors, turnbuckles, riser pipe, and any other appurtenances required for installation. 5) Excavate and set tank, install piping and tie into existing vent piping 6) Connect electrical, probe and sensor wiring to new tank 7) Provide and install all man ways and sumps 8) Provide and install 1.5 hp motor assembly 9) Provide and install Veeder Root probe, sump sensor and interstitial sensor 10)Backfill tank pit to grade and cover with 5,000 psi concrete with rebar at 8 inches deep 11)Program Veeder Root to correspond with new equipment 12)Provide and install product and safety placards 13)Provide electrical to the fuel system components. No other electrical to be included 14)Provide testing on all installed components 15)Purge, calibrate, & start up existing diesel dispensers 16)Train key personnel in the proper operation of equipment. (Up to a total of 2 hours) 17)Assist City with filing all TDEC-required compliance paperwork
