The County of Eddy (the County) on behalf of the Human Resources Department, seeks sealed proposals from qualified companies that can do business in the State of New Mexico to provide medical services for pre-employment physicals, return to work physicals, Law Enforcement Academy physicals, DOT drug/ alcohol screens, and quarterly random drug and alcohol screening for designated employees of Eddy County. The successful offeror will provide services for the County as outlined in the Scope of Work and as otherwise negotiated in contract. It is anticipated that this RFP will be awarded to multiple offerors, The County reserves the right to issue multiple contracts/agreements, to establish a redundant source of service, to ensure that the required services are performed in a timely manner and also to award to only one offeror if that offeror is determined to be the most qualified and as is in the best interest of the County. Offerors may submit a proposal for either performance of physicals or drug and alcohol screening, or both.
