Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Department of Administration requests proposals to provide Lamp and Bulbs: Various Types and Applications, on an as needed basis. Lamps and bulbs consist of, but are not limited to: tubular, compact fluorescent (CFLs), and lightemitting diode (LED) bulbs. Responders must meet the environmental qualifications. All lamps on this contract should be LEDs and certified by the appropriate ENERGY STAR (preferred if available for the lamp type), DesignLights Consortium (DLC), Or Consortium for Energy Efficiency (CEE). Only Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) repair parts will be accepted. Generic, after-market parts, or substitutes will not be considered. Sample Tasks and Deliverables. • All LED lamps with an integrated driver shall have a minimum three (3) year manufacturer’s warranty, consistent with ENERGY STAR requirements; see ENERGY STAR Program Requirements for SSLs V1.3. • Orders shall be shipped FOB Destination, prepaid, and allowed. Freight costs shall be included in the bid unit price. No additional freight charges may be added to the invoice as a separate charge if shipping standard. • If a customer chooses to use nonstandard shipping such as a rush request, those charges need to be provided on the quote and the customer needs to approve. • Ballast are NOT included, due to the industry technology changes and lack of usage required by agencies. • Installation services are NOT included.
