There is a septic tank on the property but the location of it is currently unknown. It will need to be located and destroyed. The top and sides of the septic tank can be crushed into the bottom of the tank. There will need to be approximately 2 ft of dirt on top of the area of the Septic tank eliminating any potential of being hit if a future AG project involves plowing.
