Specifications include, but are not limited to: a) Contractor shall be required to package, collect, remove, transport, and dispose of the hazardous waste categories but not limited to the list in the table below. b) The MDH Laboratories Administration will provide the Contractor with an inventory of hazardous waste that requires removal. Contractor shall be responsible for the following: i. Electronic submittal and uploading of all manifests to the EPA ii. Provide the MDH Laboratories Administration with a copy of all manifest and land fill manifests. iii. Conducting the packaging, collection, and transportation of all inventoried chemical hazardous waste on the scheduled Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday during the MDH Laboratories Administration operational hours 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM.
