The State of Maryland is planning to purchase five (5) parcels of the lands of Robert E. Shockley etal. The parcels are designated in the Assessment records of Worcester County as follows: Parcel 49 in Grid 3, on Worcester County Tax Map 47, Tax ID # 02-003775 (231.54 ac) Parcel 48 in Grid 3 on Worcester County Tax Map 47 Tax ID #-02-003767 (75 ac) Parcel 47 in Grid 4, on Worcester County Tax Map 47, Tax ID# 02-003759 (30 ac.) Parcel 46 in Grid 22, on Worcester County Tax Map 47, Tax ID# 08-009627 (27.30 ac.) Parcel 35, in Grid 22 on Worcester County Tax Map 38, Tax ID#02-000814 (38 ac.) Specifically the State needs the following; boundary line surveys of the above referenced parcels, location and establishment of all existing and new property corners, final plats, acreage and legal descriptions of the properties to be acquired, mark and set points on line for those lines longer than 400’ that will become the exterior boundary of the State of Maryland ownership, recordation of the final plat in the Land Records of Worcester County and on site delineation of the boundary lines and property corners for Department of Natural Resources (DNR) personnel.
