Services will be performed on regular workdays, which are defined as Mondays through Fridays with the exception of State holidays, weekends or days that State offices are closed for inclement weather. The Contractor will be provided with a list of State holidays. If no daily run is needed, the Department will make a reasonable effort to notify the Contractor in advance of the Contractor’s designated arrival time. B. At each pick-up, a “courier assignment sheet” will be provided by the Department to the courier, listing specific details and sequence of stops, which may include routine or nonroutine stops. C. The courier is required to arrive at 7800 Harkins Road, Lanham, Maryland (“Lanham Building”) between 1:30 p.m. and 1:55 p.m. Local Time each regular workday. D.
