Specifications include, but are not limited to: Landscape Maintenance State Routes 89A & 179 (Figure 6) Frequency: One (1) Service Visit per Month Contractor shall perform the following services: • Trimming, cutting, pruning, weeding, removal of dead shrubs and clean up on Hwy 89A and 179 including Uptown and Upper Red Rock Loop by the High School. • Includes all medians, sidewalk areas, and corners at roundabouts. • Excludes: Grass areas on Hwy 179. • Maintain two (2) feet from edge of sidewalk on 89 A and 179. • Trimming trees and bushes on sidewalks to maintain six (6) feet height clearance. • All shrubs and branches must be trimmed to maintain sight concerns and overgrowth. • Contractor may use an approved weed treatment to treat weeds. • Weeds must be maintained and not allowed to grow tall or in large patches. • Project will include a minimum of one (1) complete rounds of maintenance per month. • Trimmings and debris can be dumped at City Maintenance Yard.
