Specifications include, but are not limited to: Oklahoma City Public Schools (OKCPS) is seeking vendor(s) to provide Laundry and Linen Services to our Student NutritionServices (SNS) sites. Apron: Bib type; cotton and/or poly; white or black; 30” X 33” or 32”X34” or equal alternative of cotton and/or poly blend or equal size or larger. Front Pocket and Neck Strap.; Dish Towel: Terry dish towel; Multi-purpose towel 16” X 26” or Alternate size of 14” X 20” or larger Pan Holder: Terry Knit pad; 8.5” X 11.5” or 10” X 15” or larger alternate size. Oven mitts may be substituted. Protects against heat and steam; Wrist strap optional. The approved linen company must provide the following services: • If quantities different than specified, submit a sheet detailing the specifications and detailing the differences. • Initial quantity provided on first visit to location. Even exchange of linens on subsequent weekly visits to maintain initial inventory. • District quantity usages may vary from week to week. • Must be able to deliver/pick-up to all district cafeterias once a week Must be able to deliver a ‘hot-shot’ (emergency situation) within 3 hours of call-in. • Must be able to deliver within 24 hours prior or post to scheduled delivery day due to weather or holidays. • Must be able to individually invoice each site.
