Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.1 Contractor shall perform an annual inspection on each of the cranes or hoists shown on the attached list (Exhibit C) and shall perform monthly inspections on certain cranes at the Water Bureau's Interstate Facility 1.2 When inspecting the electrical components of any crane or hoist, the Contractor shall meet Oregon Electrical Code. The Contractor shall furnish documentation of inspection for both mechanical and electrical components. All documentation shall conform to the latest OREGON OSHA standards. 1.3 The Contractor shall inspect all electrical and mechanical components of cranes and hoists in detail and record all findings on forms addressing each article of Chapter 437, Division 2, Subdivision N of the Oregon General Occupational Safety and Health Rules. Contractor may use standard inspection forms meeting OREGON OSHA requirements applicable to the equipment listed in Exhibit B. All forms shall be pre-approved by the Water Bureau. 1.4 The Contractor shall furnish a record of all tests and inspections. Any maintenance or safety deficiencies shall be noted so that the Water Bureau may have any discrepancies corrected. The Contractor shall perform minor maintenance (oiling, lubing, etc.) during the inspection. If a crane or hoist does not meet safety standards, Contractor shall furnish supporting documentation. 1.5 All oils and lubricants used for maintenance in the Bull Run Watershed shall be National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) 61 products meeting equipment manufacturer requirements whenever possible.
