Specifications include, but are not limited to: 5.1.1 Successful Respondent must perform Emergency Pump and Repairs as well as routine maintenance (i.e. annual start-up) of all components (i.e. Surge Tank, Control Panels, etc.) including rebuilding of pumps and electrical motors as required. 5.1.2 Successful Respondent must perform Emergency Pump Repairs as well as periodic maintenance (e.g., annual start-up) of all components (e.g., Surge Tank, Control Panels, etc.) including rebuilding of pumps and electrical motors as required. 5.1.3 Successful Respondent must provide twenty-four (24) hour services, seven (7) days perweek availability, including Holidays for Emergency Pump Service. 5.1.4 Successful Respondent must guarantee a two (2) hour or less arrival time after the call is received for Emergency Repairs and a four (4) hour or less arrival time for Regular Repairs. 5.1.5 Successful Respondent's Hourly Rate for On-Site Repairs begins when Contractor arrives onsite. 5.1.6 There will not be any travel time allowed on this Agreement/Contract; include that amount in your Hourly Rates. 5.1.7 Successful Respondent must supply manufacturer recommended parts and services.
