Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of this project involves correcting existing sidewalk deficiencies with cross slopes exceeding 2%, vertical faults at joints or cracks exceeding 1/4”, utility fixtures not set flush, spalled or pockmarked surfaces, relocate utility obstructions, presence of steps, over height curbs, lack of sidewalk ramps, non-compliant curb ramps, sidewalks less than 4’ wide, and no sidewalk present. The scope of work includes: ● Conduct field survey. ● Develop a Project Assessment and bid-ready final design documents including plans, specifications, and estimate. Anticipated submittals include Stages II, III, IV and V. ● Perform necessary utility investigations to issue utility and railroad clearance. ● Perform necessary environmental investigations and NEPA documentation to issue environmental clearance. ● Assist the Department's Right-of-Way section in issuing the Right-of-Way clearance. Conduct management and administrative tasks including coordination, meetings, schedule updates, comment responses, etc.
