Consultant to assist in the Presidential search for St. Mary’s College of Maryland. The Board of Trustees is the legal governing body of St. Mary’s College of Maryland and has, among its responsibilities, the selection of the president. The President is the chief executive officer of St. Mary’s College of Maryland. The President reports to the Board of Trustees of St. Mary’s College of Maryland and serves at the pleasure of the Board of Trustees. The President has responsibility for all operations of this Public Honors College, including overall leadership and guidance of the institution, its academic enterprise, fundraising, legislative relations, the development of budgets and the administration of resources. The Board of Trustees has the ultimate responsibility in the decision to hire, or terminate the tenure of the President.
