Specifications include, but are not limited to: The proposed reconfiguration may require changes in electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, and fire sprinkler systems. The scope of work would also include glazing, doors and hardware, new lighting, casework, flooring, and ceilings. The project scope shall include demolition, alterations, and additions to the building’s mechanical system. The new space layout will increase the current occupancy load and require assessing the existing mechanical system to determine if a supplementary rooftop unit will be necessary. All work shall occur in an occupied building with restricted hours for construction and access to areas below the Project Site. The project shall require night and/or weekend work to accommodate these restrictions. Existing improvements impacted by the work will be restored to their original condition. The project will install medical equipment procured separately by the tenant.
