Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Hagerstown (“City”) is issuing this Invitation to Bid (“ITB”) from qualified Licensed Electrician firms (“Contractors”) that are experienced in repairs and services for City owned buildings, facilities, and sites. The Contractor will provide electrical maintenance and repair services for any on-call or as-needed basis, upgrades, installations, and replacements for components of City facilities. The services and tasks to be performed also will include the furnishings of all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, services, transportation, tasks and incidental and customary work necessary to completely perform electrical services and repair work on various City locations.
