Specifications include, but are not limited to: This Contract will provide ReWa’s Infrastructure Department (O&M Department) with an on-call Contractor to perform repairs and rehabilitation to the sanitary sewer system on an as-needed basis. Work will be identified by ReWa and/or their consulting engineer (CHA Consulting, Inc.) and issued to the Contractor for repair. Significant work is anticipated to be issued to utilize ReWa’s yearly allocated budget to this Project. ReWa and CHA have identified work to issue to the Contractor upon notice to proceed. The work will be focused on gravity sewers up to 24” and force mains up to 12”. The work may include sewer cleaning and TV inspection; gravity sewer repair/rehabilitation (point repairs, pipe replacement, and CIPP lining); manhole rehabilitation (cementitious coating and miscellaneous work such as frame/cover replacement, height adjustment, bench/invert work, etc); service lateral repair/rehabilitation (replacement, CIPP lining, cleanout installation, drop connections, etc.); force main repair (point repairs); air release valve repairs and replacement; and numerous other repairs/rehabilitation work.
