All downspouts and window shutters will be reinstalled. DECK Pressure Treated Lumber Material Resurface surface decking and stair treads Replace handrails. Including Balusters, Rail Cap, Top & Bottom Rails All fasteners to be stainless steel square head screws Existing deck framing, stair stringers, posts, etc. to be pressure washed before new lumber is installed. Grace Ice and Water Shield to be applied on all joist and framing with one-inch overlap. All existing and new surfaces to be sprayed with Thompson's WaterSeal or approved equal
