Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Provider shall maintain 365-day-a-year alcohol and drug free living arrangements. 2. Provider shall maintain a tobacco-free environment. 3. Provider shall have an individual (e.g., live-in resident, outreach worker, etc.) on the premise of the contracted clean and sober home(s) between 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM for the accountability of adult female offender on work furlough/adult female parolee transitioning from work furlough into the community. a. The individual shall be pre-approved by DCR. b. The individual shall complete VolinCor/PREA training. c. The individual shall conduct DAILY (including weekends and holidays) unannounced rounds/walk-throughs of the clean and sober home/premise between 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Between 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, the individual shall conduct DAILY (including weekends and holidays) unannounced rounds/walk-throughs of the clean and sober home/premise every 2-3 hours. The individual shall have written documentation (e.g., date/time of round/walk-through with signature, etc.) of the completion of a round/walk-through of the clean and sober home/premise in a logbook or similar ledger type record. The individual shall make not of any violation of house rules, criminal activity, etc. d. The individual shall ensure that adult female offenders on work furlough/adult female parolees transitioning from work furlough into the community closely follow the Clean and Sober Home’s house rules such as curfew, chores, no alcohol/drugs, no boyfriend/girlfriend, or spouse in the bedroom or living quarters, no pornographic materials, etc...
