Pull-off #1 - Contractor to verify property boundary adjacent to pull-off #1 (via survey) before beginning this scope. Enhancement of the parking zone to the right at the top property residence to better accommodate fire trucks, including: Extension of the current PVC drainage pipe. Placement of two additional gravel areas between the final curve and the path leading up to bunk houses. Construction of one spacious area opposite to where the bunkhouse road intersects with main driveway. Broadening of the turn on main driveway beneath bunkhouse pathway. Reconfiguration of parking space adjacent to a smaller dwelling at commencement of driveway ascent. Maintenance tasks include: Clearing out debris from ditches lining driveway. Excavation and clean-up within existing culvert structures. Installation work involves setting in place dual segments of 15-inch diameter culverts in two distinct positions between bunkhouse route and hilltop home, ensuring adequate span for roadway crossing. Removal activities cover cutting down a pair of trees located by the lowest present culvert on the principal road. Roadwork encompasses leveling and shaping the entire stretch so that water is channeled into ditches or off-road edges efficiently. Rectification measures involve reconstructing ditches that have shifted course causing water to run onto the road surface instead. Surface treatment includes laying down a new layer of Crush N Run (or similar material) gravel over the entire roadway. Existing driveway surfaces to receive the following: Top layer - 4” of compacted crush and run gravel New driveway & pull-off surfaces to receive the following: Sub-base layer #1 - 4” of compacted #4 gravel Sub-base layer #2 - 4” of compacted #4 gravel Top layer - 4” of compacted crush and run gravel Creation of pull-offs will require some regrading, cutting and grubbing. All disturbed non-driveway surfaces to be covered with seed and straw. Grade surface of the gravel driveway so that water is director towards the driveway edges Contractor to provide owner with copies of all gravel delivery tickets (showing gravel quantities in tons). Provide add alternate price for biaxial or two-way geogrid layer for entire driveway. Provide unit pricing for additional 4# gravel per 8 tons delivered Provide unit pricing for additional crush and run gravel per 8 tons delivered.
