Wake County Data and Analytics team is looking for information from organizations that offer a Managed Services and Professional Services contract to provide all but not limited to the following services: Data Management: Data ingestion, integration, cleansing, and transformation. Data Warehousing and Analytics Infrastructure: Support for our data warehouse and analytics platform (if applicable) or assistance in setting one up. Data Analytics: Development and execution of data pipelines, reports, dashboards, and other analytical tools. Expertise: A team of experienced data professionals, including data engineers, data scientists, and analysts. Key components for replies: Detail description of services Description of resourcing and staffing methodologies and practices Service level agreements including for work products, escalations, and staffing changes. Detailed client responsibilities to facilitate the contract.
