All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: Vendor must be able to provide annual license renewal for the Scan & Validate product of Asset Works to include the Property Manager, Custodian and scanner software under the current license supplied by Asset Works for Scan & Validate, originally purchased in 2020 Product used: Scan & Validate asset management software suite Scan & Validate is used in conjunction with the Asset Works system for loading handheld barcode scanners with data from Asset Works database and for reporting purposes to be provided as needed Vendor must provide the hosting service to access database Asset Works database is the sole asset management system used by State of Alabama Scan & Validate software is the only software that can be used for this service Vendor must provide access to the Scan & Validate web portal authorization.
