Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Include native phone- optimized mobile device application that allows users to collect data, signatures, and assessment from a native mobile application while the device is online or offline. ePCR must be saved to server and available to user on another device. 2. The system must support patient data management and will require mandatory patient search prior to new record creation. When a user creates a new PCR for an existing patient, the system must populate all patient demographics, past medical history, insurance information, medications, and allergies from the patient data on file. Data population must require a minimum of two patient identification factors from the following: last name, date of birth, SSN. Vendor to recommend maximum look-back period in days for efficiency and data storage, i.e. will the prior patient search look at past 90 days only? 3. All application functions must be available through an internet browser, native Windows application, iOS and Android. 4. Provide customizable home page where messages can be posted for all system users published by system administrators. 5. Allow multiple users in a crew to contribute to a single ePCR. 6. Provide defined security permissions for users based on type of access and functions required for each user's roles. 7. All users must enter a unique login and password to enter the system and comply with reset schedules and complexity rules established by the agency. 8. Session timeout periods after which users will be logged out due to inactivity shall be set by the agency.
