Specifications include, but are not limited to: Responding vendors must demonstrate a proven track record of success with their proposed solution and be willing to comply with the county’s security and risk requirements. Eligible solutions must support the following, minimum and/or statutory functionality: • Replaces budget and forecasting functionality provided by legacy systems. • Supports multiple budgeting and forecasting scenarios to accommodate a variety of enterprise and departmental needs. • Supports position-level budgeting and forecasting of personnel expenses. • Supports supplemental requests for the additional budget authority. • Produces customizable reporting data. • Supports bi-directional interfaces or integration points with Oracle eBusiness Suite. • Provides an audit trail of system activity.
