Specifications include, but are not limited to: The awarded vendor(s) agree to: a. Train substitutes as required by the District, State, and Federal regulations and policies. b. Provide a service guarantee that states the Vendor will not invoice for an employee whose work was deemed unsatisfactory and reported to the Vendor within the first four hours of the assignment. c. Identify the Vendor’s Contract Manager who would serve the District on a day-to-day basis and be responsible for recruitment, training, monitoring, and supervising Vendor substitute employees furnishing services under the Contract. d. Submit names of key individuals who will lead the project, along with the availability of the manager as to the following; i. Attendance at meetings upon request. ii. Response time to phone calls within one business day. iii. Response time to specific written inquiries, including email within one business day. iv. Process to be used when responding to personnel performance issues. e. Submit names of individuals who will have substantial involvement with the project. f. Training and support and shall describe the approach to training and support for the District, and provide a menu of related training options. Vendor must demonstrate that it has the knowledge, experience, and capacity to train users at various levels and business functions. g. Describe the management approach to be taken on the delivery of substitute services when addressing key issues of the project. Vendor must also describe the methodology to be used in assessing, procuring, and implementing the infrastructure of the requested services, including the time required for each phase of the implementation.
