Specifications include, but are not limited to: Maury County (the "County") is requesting proposals from interested firms which can provide professional services including client contacts, architectural services, design, preparation of construction documents, engineering and construction observation and coordination for the planning and construction of capital building projects which may include, but not be limited to, new construction, additions, renovations and remodeling at the discretion of the County Commission. The County is willing to consider different methods of delivery for these projects, including construction management, design-build services, or turn-key delivery with a guaranteed price for the construction of the projects through a public building authority as provided in Tennessee Code Annotated Section 12-10-101 et seq.
