Specifications include, but are not limited to: Ramsey County (the "County"), through the Housing Stability Department, seeks input from Ramsey County’s Continuum of Care (CoC) members, other interested and/or experienced homeless service providers, homeless service provider partner agencies and interested individuals to improve the Request for Proposals (RFP) process for the identification, coordination, administration and operation of warming centers for homeless single adults and youth. Warming centers, for the past two winters, have been geographically located in Ramsey County and staffed primarily by county employees. Input received may be incorporated into a competitive solicitation for location of warming centers and services to be provided during the 2024-2025 Winter.
