The work covered under this solicitation shall consist of the labor, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, and incidentals necessary for vault and flush toilet cleaning at Crane Lake Public Water Access site in St Louis County for two seasons: May 2024 – October 2024 and May 2025 to October 2025. Services: Vault toilet – Twice a week cleaning service from May 10, 2024 to October 21, 2024 and May 9, 2025 to October 20, 2025. • Sweep, mop and sanitize floor • Clean and sanitize toilet, sink, countertop, mirror, doorknob, and all fixtures • Fill all dispensers as needed (paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, garbage bags, etc.) • Empty trash bin and dispose Flush toilet – Daily cleaning service from May 24th, 2024 to September 6th, 2024 and May 23, 2025 to September 5, 2025. • Sweep, mop and sanitize floor • Clean and sanitize toilet bowl, sink, countertop, air hand dryer, mirror, doorknob, and all fixtures • Fill all dispensers as needed (paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, garbage bags, etc.) • Empty trash bin and dispose
