- Responsible for the overall sound design of the events or implementation of the performer’s tech rider. - Provision of any additional speakers, microphones, mixers, and monitors beyond the city’s existing sound system to meet specific event needs. - Audio technician(s) to be available at all times at each event from setup to removal. - Satisfaction of equipment and quality of sound to be determined by City staff. - Load in and load out of all equipment on day of event. No equipment storage beyond the city’s sound equipment will be provided onsite. - Advance contact with sound engineer, band leader, and/or event manager if relevant. - Sound checks with each band preceding its performance, to be completed as determined by the performer’s tech rider needs or by the city event manager.
