Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Owner’s Representative should expect to provide consultation services and advice by working closely with Town and Board of Education Staff, Members of Ad Hoc Elementary Consolidation Committee, relevant State offices and officials, and the community at large on every aspect of the K-4 Elementary Consolidation Project. The Town of Windham anticipates that the SCOPE OF SERVICES will include, but not be limited to, the following tasks. Pre-Referendum Phase I: Discovery and Assessment: 1. Review the provided information as referenced in the “additional information” section below. 2. Identify any weaknesses or gaps in the provided information and manage any identified areas of additional study. 3. Analyze the results of the enrollment projection to determine future space requirements. 5. Assist with eliciting community feedback (surveys, testimonials, Town Hall meetings, etc.) 6. Develop a communications plan with specific tasks, action items, and goal dates
