Specifications include, but are not limited to: • A timeline for contractor’s onboarding of Client resources • Customized Destination Management Dashboard utilizing existing, planned-for, and contractor suggested data sources. Dashboard should provide the opportunity to overlay different data sources to dig deeper into trends and specific data-driven questions. We would like the Dashboard to show a country-wide report as well as 3 sub-regional breakdowns (mountain, urban, valley). • Updates to data as new information is released - monthly, annually or one-off. Maintenance of data from any sources with Application Programming Interface (“API”) integration to dashboard. Includes breakouts by region from some sources. • Delivery of Client-requested research assets for reports (quarterly, annual and as needed). • Tourism industry data expertise. • Recommendations to optimize data, including new formats and/or data resources and platforms to better enable us to measure our impact and destination health. • Expertise and assistance as we undergo a visitor research study, beginning spring 2024. • Expertise and assistance with development and implementation of feedback mechanisms as needed.
