Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Booth size – Must be designed to be modular and configurable to a 10’ x 20’ space, a 20’ x 20’ space, and a 30’ x 30’ space 2. Presenter Area/Stag: - Must include a designated presenter area/stage with at least three (3) screens for presenting material to an audience effectively. 3. Open Seating Area: - Must include an open seating area with small tables to facilitate individual conversations. – Must include sufficient seating for between 10 and 15 people to sit in on presentations. 4. Branding: - Branding must be consistent with the Tennessee Tech brand, prominently displayed on booth structure. - The booth should include a circular / cylindrical overhead banner prominently displaying Tennessee Tech branding, appropriate to the size of the booth. 5. Modular Design - The booth design should be modular and easily assembled/disassembled for convenience and flexibility. 6. Modifiable Signage: - Signage should be modifiable or digital, allowing for re-use at future events or by other departments at Tennessee Tech. - Digital signage. 55” Monitors (measured diagonally) or larger 7. Lighting - The booth design must include considerations for booth lighting. 8. Walls – design should include a back wall with an otherwise open concept 9. Storage – Booth must include appropriate and durable storage containers, which are designed for ease of handling.
