Specifications include, but are not limited to: The selected firm will be responsible for completing all remedial activities outlined in the RAP, and under the direction of the Town and their Agent. Construction must be completed and ready for final payment within ninety (90) days from the execution of a contract. Contractor activities include, but are not limited to the following: A. The excavation and disposal of concrete Underground Storage Tank (UST) mat, two (2) concrete dispenser islands, and the concrete slab of the former building. B. The removal of underground storage tanks (USTs), piping, and all associated appurtenances. C. The excavation, transportation, and disposal of contaminated soil, and a limited amount of contaminated concrete. D. Excavation, removal, and disposal of one (1) in-ground hydraulic lift. E. Backfilling of excavated areas with clean fill to grade.
