Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Assessment of existing conditions of all buildings and infrastructure. • Identify and establish current and future operational needs through condition assessment, operational documentation and staff interviews. • Complete assessment of the existing well water and electrical systems. • Review existing operational flexibility, if any, of sources of supply and make recommendations for establishing a high level of flexibility in the future. • Assessment of all public utilities supplying each park location and determine capacities. Design shall include all public utilities associated reviews and approvals related to the projects. • Provide final design of Public Utilities and DEEP utilities to incorporate DEEP standardized equipment and site planning.
