Specifications include, but are not limited to: • IP phones capable of at least four programmable line features with 2 Port Ethernet Gigabit switch • Capable of supporting PoE, SIP, MGCP • Call forward all calls-busy-no answer, caller ID, forward to voice mail, group pick up, Hold, Hunt Groups, N-way calling, Redial, Transfer to Voicemail, Voicemail, abbreviated dialing, BLOCK features, conference calling, electronic fax • Company Wide features: Auto Attendant, Hunt Groups, Call Center Features, Creation of users, updating company directory, Moves/Adds/Changes • 4 digit dialing between all locations • Voice Messaging- the proposed solution must provide access from telephone, remote telephone, and desktop access, and support unified messaging with desktop email solutions such as Microsoft Outlook. • System Administration – Any required system administration must be from a single point of management. • Reporting – Ability to generate reports for a given timeframe by department showing various statistics such as To, From, Duration, Busy, No Answer, eFax, etc. • Demos – Proposers will be required to give a presentation and demonstrate their proposed solutions. • Analog lines or Analog equivalent –will provide analog ports for alarm (elevator, security, and fire) and postage machine. • VOIP Solution should include working from home with phone. The phone shouldn’t require the office network system to operate, only an internet connection.
