Specifications include, but are not limited to: The contractor shall print and deliver the 2024 Cumulative Supplement to the 2016 Revised Statutes of Missouri (hereinafter referred to as “Supplement”) for the Revisor of Statutes or designee and the Joint Committee on Legislative Research (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Revisor” or “state agency”) in accordance with the provisions and requirements stated herein and to the sole satisfaction of the state agency. The Supplement shall include all laws passed by the Second Regular Session of the 102nd General Assembly and any Extraordinary or Special Session held in 2024, changes to the United States Constitution and the Constitution of Missouri, annotations, appendices, and an index. The contractor should have a customer service plan in place to assist the Revisor. The contractor shall either provide the services directly or shall provide a person/personnel who must comply with the requirements stated herein. Therefore, references to “the contractor” throughout this document shall also be deemed to include the person/personnel provided by the contractor. Contractor’s Obligation: Unless otherwise specified herein, the contractor shall furnish all material, labor, facilities, equipment, and supplies necessary to perform the services required herein.
