Installation will include: a new mechanical seam metal roof (color to be picked by the owner to coordinate with surrounding buildings), new ridge cap, and new flashing around plumbing stacks. The contractor will furnish the owner with a material and labor warranty for this project, clean up area, haul trash and debris from the job sites. Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, tools, and materials required to complete this project. The locations will be occupied during the work.
