Terminal units are located in the corridors of both floors above lay-in ceilings. The Pre-Qualifications package to be submitted is detailed here along with the preliminary Scope of Work to be performed by the successful Qualified Contractor to replace the first floor 1 existing nominal 16,000 CFM VAV AHU (approx 55 tons chilled water cooling, approx 242 MBH hot water heating), replace Terminal Units and all thermostats with digital thermostats (25 fan powered VAV units with HW coil, 3 cooling only VAV units), remove existing pneumatic control air system and equipment/replace with all DDC controls (ALC required), remove both floors corridor ceilings (grid and ceiling tiles) and replace with new grid and ceiling tiles, relocate a minimum of 3 light switches to other rooms, and install new eggcrate return air grilles in all rooms of both floors.
