The project encompasses painting, light fixture replacement, installation of new shower fittings, updates to fixtures, and replacement of lockers. The goal is to enhance both the aesthetic appeal and functionality of the recreation center bathrooms. Scope of Work: The selected contractor shall undertake the following tasks: 1. Painting: • Evaluate current bathroom wall and ceiling conditions. • Develop a thorough plan for preparation, priming, and painting. • Use high-quality, moisture-resistant paint suitable for recreational center environments. • Coordinate color selection with the City of District Heights for approval. 2. Light Fixture Replacement: • Assess existing lighting fixtures and propose energy-efficient alternatives. • Provide options for improved lighting design and ambiance. • Ensure compliance with safety and building codes. • Include installation and removal of old fixtures in the proposal. 3.
